Story
Andy is our hero and has been our strength throughout his illness. He never gave up in his battle against this awful disease, so why should we? The Motor Neurone Disease Association have given so much support to Andy and our family. He always wanted to encourage people to support this wonderful charity and inform people about Motor Neurone Disease. Andy always said he was living with MND, he never saw it as dying with MND and didn’t let it stop him from his regular April Fool’s Day fundraisers, appearing on BBC breakfast, BBC Radio 2 and being a train announcer.
So, we must continue his fight by keeping his memory alive and do all we can, ‘just go for it’ is what he would tell us.
